4. Shipping and Delivery

Payment is made through a secure virtual POS gateway (credit/debit card).

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase, except for food products, personalized items, or products that by their nature are not eligible for return.

We are not responsible for misuse of the purchased products.

8. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Alicante.
